The Outlook Sourcing Services, incepted in the year 2004, ventured into the fashion industry as a manufacturer and exporter of a glamorous collection of knitted and woven garments for men, women and kids. Designed using superior fabrics that are imported from leading manufacturers, our wide product line encompass mens knitwear, ladies knitwear and kids Wear. Our unmatched collection signifies reliability and quality and is available in innumerable choices to choose from. With the aid of rich fabrics and finest of designers we are able to deliver our clients a range that will suit their individuality and personality. We offer Mens Polo Shirts, Mens Sweatshirts, Mens T Shirts, Mens Jacket, Mens Undergarments and Mens Nightwear in our range of Men’s wear. Our designing team comprises of experienced and seasoned designers, tailors, weavers, embroidery experts, and others. They are well versed with the latest trends, functioning of the various machines and adept in implementing latest styling and cuts in our garments to meet the expectations and desires of our quality concerned customers.
Further, our sales and marketing team comprises of experienced professionals, responsible for the smooth flow of communication between our production team and clients. |
Quality Assurance
We follow a meticulous and organized procedure to ensure higher and unswerving quality of knitted and woven garments produced by our manufacturing unit. Owing to our excellence in offering quality range of knitted and woven garments across the globe, we are accredited with Oeko-Tex quality standards. We make all efforts to craft our range that meets our client expectations. To achieve the said objective, we always source finest raw materials like 100% Cotton, Cotton/Polyester, Cotton/Elasthane, and Viscose/Elasthane from reputed mills so as to meet international quality standards.
We lay emphasis on quality in all production procedures including quality check through continuous sample testing and physical quality test for fabric before the actual production starts. Our quality inspectors follow a rigid quality control management wherein they carry out regular inspections at every levels of production, beginning from sourcing till the final packaging and dispatch
Further, our quality is checked on following parameters:
• Quality of prints and embroidery
• Fabric strength
• Stitch durability
• Tear strength
• Dyeing strength
• Dimensionally stability
• Color fastness
• Shrinkage
In addition, each range is individually scrutinized to make sure that the final garment is flawless and ready for dispatch. At our factory premise, we also perform the final inspection that is based on AQL 2.5 level. |
Warehouse and Packaging
Spread over a sprawling area, our warehouse has high storage capacity which is suitable for our wide gamut of knitted and woven garments for ladies, men and kids.
To facilitate an easy accommodation for the entire assortment, the warehouse has been internally divided into a number of sections. These sections provide easy access and retrieval of the stocked products. The entire warehouse is kept termite-free to reduce any possibility of the damage of our exclusive range of mens knitwear and ladies knitwear. We also undertake every necessary measure to handle emergency situations that can diversely affect our range of mens knitwear and ladies knitwear.
We also put supreme importance on the packaging of all our garments to guarantee their safety till the time they reach to the end users. We pack them in sturdy cartons and carry bags and take care that no damage is done while loading/unloading of the consignment at the final destination. |
